We are seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our Business Services team, supporting the Head of Operations and line managing the Office Managers across the offices.
You will manage the Office Managers and float staff to provide an effective, efficient and professional service to the office covering (but not limited to) reception and office services support, archiving, facilities management and limited IT support. In conjunction with the Head of Office Operations continue to standardise and improve policies and procedures (including Health & Safety) across the offices and manage the implementation and the ongoing usage of them.
